Trammo’s commitment to our business partners during the COVID-19 crisis

To our valued business partners:
First and foremost, we hope that this finds you well. We have been monitoring closely the rapidly evolving situation regarding the coronavirus global pandemic. Our thoughts are with everyone who has been affected. We have more than just a business relationship with our partners – we are a shared community. At Trammo, we plan to do everything that we can to support you and your businesses and to keep all of us safe from harm.
All Trammo offices around the world as well as our nitric acid plant and terminal facilities remain operational. We are committed to providing excellent service during this coronavirus pandemic. As the number of cases of COVID-19 continues to rise in many countries, we want to share with you some of the precautionary measures that we have taken with our own staff and at our plant and terminals in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19:
Based on the World Health Organization (WHO) and local regulatory requirements and guidance from the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we have instituted certain restrictions on domestic and international travel in order to protect our employees and our valued business partners.
Out of concern for the health and safety of our employees and in accordance with government recommendations to slow the spread of COVID-19, we are having employees in a number of locations work remotely and avoid public transportation.
In order to ensure seamless workflow and communications with our customers, suppliers and other partners, we have taken measures to ensure that any employees working remotely have full access to all necessary systems and software.
We have instituted COVID-19 office and household action plans, which are designed to minimize the possibility of an infection in the office or in our employees’ homes.
We have implemented safety procedures for visitors to our plant and terminal facilities to protect against potential exposure to COVID-19.
Rest assured that we at Trammo remain committed to maintaining our close relationships with our customers, suppliers and all other business partners throughout this very challenging period.
