Trammo Launches Caustic Soda Trading

TAMPA, FLORIDA and

ALTENDORF, SWITZERLAND

Trammo, Inc. ("Trammo") today announced its entry into the caustic soda market with the launch of a

new product line, together with the hiring of Patrick Blättler as Vice President, Caustic Soda Trading,

effective today. Patrick will be based at Trammo GmbH in Altendorf and will report to Jeffrey Minnis,

President of North America Trading.

In this new role, Patrick will lead the development of Trammo’s global caustic soda trading business.

Early activity will center on trading across Europe, the United States and Asia, drawing on Trammo’s

international network, long-standing presence in regional markets and in-house chartering and logistics

expertise, as well as synergies with the company’s sulfuric acid trade flows. Over time, Trammo plans

to build long-term contractual relationships with caustic soda producers and with consumers in end-use markets such as alumina refining, water treatment and chemicals.

Patrick brings more than 13 years of commodity experience and extensive knowledge of the global

chlor-alkali sector. Most recently, he served as Global Lead for Caustic Soda at Kolmar Group AG in

Zug, Switzerland.
